Anton Abashkin

Anton Abashkin (CSSLP) is the founder and principal consultant of AppSec Science, LLC.

His professional career spans a wide range of experience: complex, web scale enterprise environments on one end, startup/hypergrowth companies on the other. Flexibility and innovation is what allowed him to deliver application security at scale and at speed, regardless of stage.

During the past 15 years, Anton has worked on every aspect of the secure SDLC. This includes training, security requirements management, secure design & architecture review, threat modeling, secure coding & implementation, security testing & pentesting, as well as secure release & deployment.

Anton helps bridge the gap between security, development, and business. A competent technologist that feels comfortable sitting down with engineers and diving directly into design & code, while also exercising business skills to communicate clearly with a large number of different stakeholders outside of development teams.
